Our foreign sales and services staff regularly keep in touch with clients long after the product is received to ensure our services and in case need assist the can provide the solution timely.
2. How to solve
Usually, JAYUAN forwards the problem to the technical staff and gets the solution. In case of a bigger problem which needs the technical staff to go to see the product in the client’s country, we can also arrange that after discussing with the client.
We make sure to keep up with our target to satisfy our clients and solve the problems which they may face. At the same time, all the complaints of the clients are kept in record and forward to technical staff to solve the current issue and also ensure the problem not occur in the future.
Generally for each project, the shipping and packing details are discussed with the client. We have staff in the factory responsible for the safe packing, loading, and shipment of the products.
We do have our own standard packing for each product which ensures the safety of the product.
If clients require special packing, the logo we can also customize for them as required. The entire product once manufactured and packed is checked by the shipping staff to ensure all the requirements of the clients are met. We share videos and pictures with our clients as well before loading and make sure they are well informed throughout the whole process.
